| Shipping and Returns:
We only ship to the Continental United States.
We can no longer ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
We no longer ship to Post Office Boxes.
We do not ship to Canada or Mexico.
Most packages will be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date.
Most items normally leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days after you place your order. Any exceptions will be stated in the description of the item.
Large items and custom made items normally leave the warehouse within 1-10 business days.
Please Note: Orders are processed almost immediately upon receipt. Order cancellations must be requested by email within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this time we can not cancel the order. It must process, be delivered and then returned (Please see our Return Policy).
Return Policy:
Contact Us before sending an item back. HQ customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number before attempting to return any merchandise. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.
To obtain a RA number, email our Customer Service Dept with-in 10 days from delivery. A customer service representative will give you a RA number that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. The item must be returned and in our hands with in 20 days of the shipping date in the original packaging. Shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or damaged. An inspection of the item will be made to determine the validity of the claim.
We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number. It will be returned to you if we do, no exceptions.
The Camping HQ or its manufacturers will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 30 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA numbers have a validity period of 20 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees:
Non-defective merchandise returned to The Camping HQ for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or $6.00, which ever is greater. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 20 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return. Return Shipping Fees May not be refundable.
All Items are clearly described. We do not honor any returns because you do not like the color, do not want it now, etc. For any clothing or footwear items, incorrect sizes will be exchanged for the same product type only, as long as the product shows no sign of wear and tear and must be in origional packaging. Reshipping fees will apply. Footwear and medical items are Non-Refundable, due to health reasons.
